WATCO unveiled their latest locomotive aquisition with the new Operation Lifesaver GP60M. This unit started life as an ATSF GP60B, sorry not sure of what the original number was. This unit was retrofitted with a cab at the Topeka Shops and all work was completed at the . This unit will be sent on a tour of the central region starting on the SKOL then heading to the the SLWC and finally onto the K&O. The plan is to have the coachs accompany the unit on its tour of the WATCO properties. Or this just might be sitting on the desk of the safety department at the corporate headquarters. I still have some details that need to be added and some touch up here and there but I am pretty happy with my Foobie Loco

I have two GP60Ms in the works too. I model the B&M, as if Guilford sold out to me. I say that I got these units to be Canadian leaders in CN/CV pooled trains. I put the bells between the number boards, and added class lights. This has given me some encouragement to finish. Nice job!
