same here Kiro!, WOW, GREAT JOB, and yes I thought it was a factory Genesis. When I read on and saw it was a BB I went back and looked again. Then I realized, Athearn paint jobs aren't this good!

Kiro, Excellent work! I'm really impressed with the window gaskets. How do you add them? Paint or decals? Thanks. -Trevor

Thanks. -Trevor Hi Trevor, thank you ;D I painted them with a 000 brush, polly scale engine black and a lot of patience ;D. Use the side of the brush along the inside of the window and it will give the shape to the gasket. Then after the paint is dry, take the excess with a toothpick.

Great work Kiro!
Any chance of posting a bill of materials? I'm especially interested in the fans you used. I have a old Athearn BB F45 sitting on the bench at the moment just waiting for me to take "Before Photos".
Cheers Col.

Kiro, Excellent work. I've been lurking on the site for a while now but I just had to comment on this thread. I especially like how you were able to create such a masterpiece from the old BB kit. That is the true sign of a craftsman IMO. I was curious if you have any construction shots of this model. I'm very interested in the work you did to the fuel tank and side sill. I have an Undecorated F45 sitting on the shelf that I have wanted to work on for some time. I've just found my motivation to get started. Thanks. Charlie
