Can anyone tell me with any certainty if the Atas cabs for the U30C are the same as those for the U23B, U33/36C, and C30-7? Last night I attempted to remove the cab from an Atlas U30C that I recently purchased and cracked it. I need to find a replacement.

I believe Atla has a couple variations in the cab - early & late. the headlight housing is either round or square - these came around wile the U30C model was being done in order to do correct models for 3 different phases. they all mount to the shell the same though, so are interchangeable.

Hi all, GE went from square headlight housing to round sometime in 1972. Karl

Brian, That's the model that I bought. Thought it looked pretty cool and a friend was selling it so I grabbed it. Thanks for the info.
