Matt,
is the GP38 a Atlas? Would I receive the same quality and basic detail when I pre-order two of the newly announced GP38 LV paint scheme?

Denis,
The C&O GP38 is an Atlas Master Series, I added the Chessie Rock Plow and side hood mount bell, everything else is factory. You can't go wrong buying Atlas Stuff. Runs and Looks great. I myself ordered 2 of the Atlas Lehigh Valley GP38AC's.

Thanks Matt!
I then will order at least one (try to convince one of my buddies to order the 2nd one) I think it would be only some minor modification to get it a bit closer to the GP38AC.
Thanks,
