I didn't have much of a problem attaching the drive to the shell. If I went back, though, I'd do it differently. I'd get rid of the coupler mounting pads that are cast into the pilots, and use the pads that are part of the P2K frame. That way, I'd have a more secure mounting system. This would have been easy, too. Resin doesn't melt when you go at it with a dremel. I would have just milled it out and presto, CIMS. The only problem with the P2K drive is the unrealistic inboard-axle blower housing profile. It's too small, and makes the truck sideframes look "empty." Ideally, you'd want an OMI drive. (drool)

I have poked all about these engines, while doing daily inspections. This looks real. As for the class lights, they are not required any more. It was written out of the CROR rule book, which CN uses, and most other rule books too.
