I've used it before on a few other models it's part number is : DA 229-702

I think I have managed to find one, or at least the parts I need from one. The kit comes with the grab irons, lifting eyes, coupler cut bars and a few other parts. They are a bit difficult to find (probably why you haven't heard of one) so usually if I see one at a swap meet I try to pick it up.
