Interesting. Almost looks SP-ish with the headlight package. What is on the roof of the cab (facing backwards) is that another light? This will be an interesting one to follow.

I always like to CofP ever since I read an article about them in an old issue of Railfan & Railroad years ago. It's an interesting story about the railroads charter and construction. If you start this project I will also be following it along.

I have always had a special spot for the CofP, I like quirky outfits and this one really fits the bill. The light on the cab was a gyralight with an amber lenses. What is interesting is is appears they recylced the lights onto their units that use to pull their dinner train up until the early 2000's One piece of literature I read about all the lights was they were worried about log truck drivers, so they added the other lights as protection.
