I definitely support your decision to run with two speakers (haven't watched your video, I'm just commenting).
I've been doing that since day one...I guess the best way to say it is that two speakers makes the locomotive sound "bigger". SOO 2010 only had a single speaker because I ran out of them mid-project...and while it sounded just fine, I could tell there was a subtle difference between it and the 2041. Just make sure you get them wired up in parallel and identically (I mark the right side solder pad with a silver tip sharpie on each one), otherwise they'll be fighting each other and your sound quality will be very very poor-don't ask how I know! I also adjust CV153 to '6' on the Tsunamis, which makes a HUGE difference too.
Good luck!

I'll try that setting on CV 153 - thanks! ~ Carmine

BACK ON TOPIC!! I'm ready for my favorite part! Cannon fans are on the way, and I'm going to start drilling out the stock fans... MY METHOD. First, I make a pilot hole with a sharp Awl. Then, drill a hole (size not important, at least 1/16") ....

Then, with the hole made... Then, I break from the norm! I use a Dubro reamer. Sold at R/C hobby shops, it's very sharp! I simply ream out the old fan! I only brought it out to the rim of the fan.... and I'll fine tune it when I have the fans in hand! I have found this SO much easier than ANY method I've used before! Try it!! ~ Carmine

I don't know of anyone who has used a R/C Lexan body reamer to drill out molded on fans..... It would be cool IF I was the one who developed this method.... Only 2% of this Forum is even ON anymore, and half of those, never comment on my posts, or even respond to me on THEIR posts. ...... So ...... I may never know for sure. :/

I kinda used the same principle for drilling the stock fans on my Tenshodo GP9 brass shell. Just a slight variation from your technique as I bored the top of the fans with my Dremel, and then I rounded the hole to the fan rims as well. I'll show what I mean later this weekend as I have more work on the frame completed.
But yours looks good, and will do even better with those lovely Cannon fans...
