Awesome Bob. What manufacturer is this? How many models have you built in your life if you can count them all?

Good looking F unit Mr.Harpe. The F's and E's are starting to grow on me. Which F is your favorite? Of course you gotta know I like Southern F units, but my favorites are the Clinchfield units. I really enjoy having to modify the Highliner shells to match the modifications the Clinchfield made to their units. Bob

I found some in Hobby shops and I've traded custom work for some. It is my opinion that they are the finest F-unit kits on the market. They go together very well and will run good with Genesis chassis' and with the Stewart chassis'. Bob

Jimmy, there are a few tricks to building the Highliner shells and being able to attach them to either the Genesis chassis or to the Stewart chassis, but I've built enough of them now that it's a fairly easy task. I love all of the combinations of parts that can be used on these models to be able to model most any railroad that owned F-units. I'm looking forward to seeing a nice FP7 someday. Southern and the Georgia Rd. models come to mind. Bob

I have paid attention to your teachings for all my F units. I also have those you sent me just have to find time to put them thru the bench. The High hood ALCO C425 is about to leave the shop so some space is available, just not sure what will fill it.
