We are planning a trip to Nashville the end of the July, in doing some surfing I found a small shop at the Tennessee Central museum. Are there any others in the area that I could check out?

Boy oh boy...Nashville has nothing else. When I first moved here a few years ago I was hoping to find a couple big shops but there aren't any. The shop at the museum is literally 15'x15'. Small but the only thing here. It's a good little shop with cool people just not a lot in there but you may find something you need. The museum it's at is decent. Several engines and many pieces of rolling stock/passenger cars. Good luck!

Just down the road in Wartrace is the Dixie Flyer. Mt. Juliet has a HobbyTown USA and that is about it.

The HobbytownUSA in Knoxville is really good. It is large with a decent selection of trains and supplies. They have Morning Sun books in stock too.
