Here is my replica of the White Birch pulp and paper mill rental switcher in Quebec City. I had the opportunity to take close pictures of the locomotive last November. Simple job with minor customization, mainly cutting the seconf exhaust pipe, adding brass lateral handrails, custom snow plates (too basic to call a plow in my mind!), and rebuild the diesel tanks; Then custom decals, weathering and minor details. [a href=" Mine: [a href=" "] Also pictured here is my very first (September 2014) weathering attempt on a model: HO CP #9811: [a href=" "] [a href=" "][a href=" "]All pictures can be viewed in my Flick'r album: www.flickr.com/photos/ironstef70/sets/72157649258783687/ his is my first project post on this forum as I got started with HO customs and weathering only last fall. But I am now addicted, so I will post more eventually. I am now working on custom (gotta be!) slugs: CN GP7 #274 and Alco #164. 274 will be powered with athearn motor and transmission, but 164 will be dummy due to the short wheelbase. Both will have a steel frame and brass body. Hopefully before the snow melts, but no hurry; time ain't an issue... Stephane
