There is so much I like about this model it's hard to single out any one thing, but I have to say you've nailed the look of the MU cable, which is a heavy and unwieldy snake that doesn't want to bend easily. I've messed with the DW part for as long as I can stand and I can't get that nice of a curve into it, nevermind getting the parting line out of the casting. Great job on that and everything else!

Thanks guys. TB Master, this is actually Jason, LOL. Dale is my dad. RCH, the MU cable is actually .022 solder. I have found the MU cable is too short so I cut it off, tap a hole in the back of the MU plugs and insert a new cable made from solder once I have cut it too its needed length.

Handrails have been installed. Now time from some light weathering.

That is some nice work ladderpipe! I dig the high hoods and this is a sweet representation. Are you going to weather it?

Hey Ladderpipe,
I think you captured the look of that unit nicely! But, I do have 2 things to note for future models.
1. Things like window frames are a pain in the butt to paint, so although it's an extra step, mask whenever you can.
2. The ditchlights you put on actually are mounted on platforms that extend out off the deck. Look closely at proto closeups of the pilot. The way to model that is glue the fixture to a plastic base the same width as the light and amost flush to the back extending out only a tiny bit and put a hole through that for the light to come up through the bottom. It's better to cut off the metal fitting on the bottom on the ditch light first.
Then make the finest triangle which will serve as the bracket from the base to the pilot and then glue that to the pilot.
That's the only way I know how to make it work.
