Thanks guys! The rack has taken a lot of work to get it where it is, still has more that I need to do as well. The concrete and pumps look dirtier in person compared to the pic, but I like it. This was also the first time I layed track/ballast/ scenery other than a basic roundy- round when I was a kid.

A few more dirty pics ;D This is a model I did not long after I got back into the hobby. It is the first Royal Gorge unit built. It is not very detailed and I have thought about stripping it and starting over. But first, I thought I could use it to experiment with some weathering. I used powders, washes, and paints on this and wanted it to look like a unit that has seen several years on a rocky mountain coal road. Maybe even as a pusher. I don't think it turned out to bad and may just keep it for historical purposes

You need to build a wash rack next Jim.

The weathering looks good. Did the service rack survive your move?

Looks great but take another wash of black and do the side grills and the fans, those should be very dirty........Or you might be able to use the chalks for that also and use more black chalk around the exhaust area.........

Nice Rack, and your crossovers are extremely curvy too.
