Nice work. I always though the Southern's Geeps were all black. When were southerns Geeps green?

Thanks everyone. I made a mistake I said it was a GP 7. Its Actually a GP 9 I built this GP 9 because as far as I know no one has come out with a Southern green one. I believe that most of Southern diesels were painted green before 1958. With the purchase of SD24's in the black and white tuxedo scheme, Southern repainted all their units black and white. At least thats what I read. I could be wrong.

I believe early switchers & road switchers were solid black with a silver pinstripe & f units (ft's) were black in the tuxedo scheme we all know, maybe green was first used on E units then F2's & 3's I think they had F2's, everything stayed green till the black showed back up in the late 50's
