Well This is gonna be a cheap build for me. I got an Athearn RTR BN GP40-2 in the mail from a trade, so bout 11 bucks for postage. I was figuring out what to do with the GP, so I went on RRpictures, and BAM ICE 4209 stuck out to me. Most of the parts so far are out my parts box, and I need to order more parts, and then the paint and decals. Progress so far

Are you going to be selling this unit when finished? I may be interested in buying it if you are.

Hi IC&E and DM&E modellers. You'all are after my heart here!!! Ha hah.. Uh Oh, another IA Chad, Ooopppsssiiee.. Here is a (somewhat dark, & unfinished [Glazing & Numberboards]) DM&E GP40, as 4008. It was an Atlas undec, & I did some detailing, it is earlier, so it does not have newer parts, home made decals too.. They flaked away (Dakota Minnesota & Eastern) banners, but actually made it look aged a bit.. A happy accident, now I just have to add the last parts & do the next controlled weathering. No Extra Electronics here, just stock DC, again... sorry..
