What PSI do you guys spray at when using Polly scale? I am having trouble with it. I really like using floquil but decided to see if acrylics were any easier to work with. The only reason I tried acrylics is they are much easier to clean up.
Thanks, -Andrew

Andrew, I have best success when using a single action air brush for acrylics. The air flow across the nozzle is constant and it is easier to regulate the pattern. I would suggest setting the pressure at 20-25psi. If necessary, thin with a commercial acrylic thinner, distilled water or, at least, filtered tap water (20% thinner/80% paint, as a starting point). Test on some scrap material to set the pattern so that it just wets the surface. Keep the air brush moving and work with plenty of light in order to see your coverage. Humidity is always a factor, so pick a dry day to spray, unless you work in a controlled humidity space.

Ok, thanks! I will try 20-25 PSI. I live in Colorado so it is always dry here.
