I finally was able to finally get access to one of the bedrooms vacated by my now grown children. Got it all cleaned up, moved my worktable in there, air compressor, dremel with homemade stand, soldering station, and even got a temporary folding chair that will have to be replaced with something alot more comfortable lol. Started moving some boxes in there that have been stored under the current layout for about 5 yrs now and decided to have a look at whats been stored. I got these back in '07 when I purchased an estate from a guy in Idaho ,and he shipped all this stuff to me. I remember 26 big boxes coming by UPS they sent 2 trucks at one time for this back then. I knew there were some built up houses and other goodies, but had no idea what I really had till got it all laid out. Out of 8 boxes, had 6 different switch towers, a steam era 2 stall engine house with sand house, a kfc, purina warehouse, about 25 different size and style houses, 1 box full of cast wall segments, 1 box full of street lamps of different types, another box full of individual boxes each containing 6 model power house lamp kits, and alot of misc stuff.... Never knew how much ya got till ya move it.

That's pretty cool. It's always fun to find stuff that you have forgotten about over the years. Just a few weeks ago, my dad was going through stuff and found 5 undecorated engines of various models that were purchased at one of the local shows many years ago. These were hidden away due to the piles of other projects at the time. Now that he found them, we still can't do anything with them cause the workbench looks like Altoona shops. Lol
