Hi, Since my ditch lights are mounted to the body shell, I'm looking for a mini plug I can use to "unplug" my light wiring, so can totally separate the body shell from the frame. Any ideas?
Thanks, Mike.

Try ebay. I bought a bunch when I stuck a Broadway RSD15 sound board into my Atlas/Kato C425.

Another item that would likely do what you're looking to do is this: www.allelectronics.com/make-a-store/item/SIP-30/30-PIN-HI-REL-SIP-SOCKET-0.1-CTRS-SNAPPABLE/1.htmlI use these for lights because you can buy one stick, snap or cut it apart(cutting with a razor saw works better) and then take the part you cut off and solder your decoder wires to the tail, and then the light wires go into the top of the second piece, and then you can plug them together. Plus, resistor leads snap into the socket on these so perfectly, you don't need to solder them in. If you have a lot of lights to do, you might want to get a double row version. I linked to Allelectronics, but Digikey, Mouser, and Jameco all carry them. Digitrax also carries them, in a 2x4 configuration, typically used to extend the height of an eight-pin NMRA socket, but they work just as well for lights.

www.micromark.com has a new 10 pack out under new products in model railroader. (august 2012) Item #:83858 The price is very good at $13.60 but the web site shows sale price of 11.50, might give them a look on the web site. The price is right if they are small enough.
