OK, I forget where I posted the original thread about these and the GP35 that I have yet to finish, but here are these two. I just wanted these to look good on the layout so I added pilot details, spare knuckles to the sideframes, and painted the couplers. simple. I'm usually not so outta the box, but these look good. These do suffer from having the older style Athearn BB clone trucks with the square bushing on the axel. On these at least, the square bushing moves in and out of the metal contact plate that is supposed to hold it still. That causes spotty electrical pickup and would almost make you think it has SGS, which mine didn't... I added a washer on either side of the gear and that is pretty much keeping the whole thing aligned. They just need to be weathered, but now I'm happy with em! ;D -just noticed I have to paint the end railings white

They look good. One question: can they be lead unit rated without ditch lights?
