Yeah full unfinished basement to play with. The wife wants to finish it at some point but I can still work a layout into it. I'm just happy that I'll get to set up my FULL workbench again this fall.

Sounds like it is time to break out some graph paper. Then divide the spaces into the intended purposes, then start planning, after unpacking of course.

I'll bring it back again! It is cool project. Andrew Castle, over at WC2Scale.org built an SDL39 from scratch. Check out the website, look for the "modeling" link on the left.

Thanks for the info guys. I already have the trucks, they came as part of the Kalso kit. Theonly potential issue is the bottom of the gear housing hitting the rails, which just means needing to sand the housing a little.
I really need to pull these out and finish them since theyre almost done.
