Looking good Randy! I've been dying to build my 39, I have everything I need. I'm just trying to stay focused on my current projects. Looking at your build and a few others on the board is killing me!

I'm taking my time on this one, I don't think I can whip it into shape in 9 days like I did the SD40X. lol At this rate, I give you 9 hours. ;D

I think it's a pretty formidable project to clearcut a body shell and start over. Good job so far. You've probably finished it before I hit the "post reply" button.

Do it in Guilford Gray and Orange! GUILFORD! GUILFORD!
LOL, JK.
P.S. How many railroads bought the SD39? I can remember Espee, Santa Fe and the Illinois Terminal, and that's about it. Am I missing any?

*snaps fingers* Of course! I knew the SOO Line got them from somewhere. Speaking of the SOO, do the MILW's SDL39's count?
