I took pictures of everything a little while ago... grills, filters, doors, trucks, everything. Even climbed up on the roof. Once you see all the pictures I took, nobody should ever have to ask ever again for a detail shot of a CP Rail C424. EVER!

Rudy, great shots of the CP C424's. Interesting MILW didn't put the notches on the rear hood by the headlights, a detail I hadn't seen before.

Rudy, fabulous M&E photos. 4216 & 4231 are on my 'to do' list and you've nailed the photos for me. Wish I could be there myself, but your photos are the next best thing. What was that about CP Rail crap outside the M&E shops?

HI Dan,

The Detroit & Mackinac became part of the Lake States Railway which is still in operation today, but they are slowly adding EMD horsepower to the rail road. Here is a link to some current photos of the Lakes States.
