Strobe?

So, the unit I'm working on right now is ATSF 34C, a F3A (technically F5) to be detailed for use in the late 60's. I've noticed that unlike some other railroads, Santa Fe's F units were quite uniform in their modifications; the only major differences came down to what the engine needed and when it was built. This engine is mostly like its sisters, but, there's something a little off about this engine. Look by the horn. It looks like there is a strobe light. Now, I know that the UP frequently stuck beacons on their E8's and E9's toward the ends of their service lives, but I've never seen a Santa Fe F unit with one. Other pictures seem to prove my suspicions, but I want to double check. It looks like it would be Details West part RB-306. Can someone confirm?

Those were rotary beacons ("gumball machine" style with 4 rotating lights), but I am not sure which detail part is correct, possibly Details West part #RB-306 or part #RB-126. Both types were used by the ATSF.

RB-306 Pyle Rotary Beacon. You can see the metal cap on top of the lens in the picture.
