Gents; I picked up this DC Rapido GMD1 for cheap and was flogging it on FB as is, but in a weak moment I hit her up with the weathering stick. I also scrapped off the cab numbers as Rapido's were too dark. Other than that there are no other changes, she's got all the details where it counts!   |

Very well done. Interesting detail to have oil stains on one side of the hood but not the other. I also like the fade to the radiator intake, since black paint will show all the dust getting sucked in.

I also like the fade to the radiator intake, since black paint will show all the dust getting sucked in. Two reasons, one: if the unit sits in the same spot (presumably) every night, the wind pushes the oil down one side. Two, If you get sick of staring at the dirty side, turn it around.  |
