I am attempting to make a model of Soo Line Baldwin AS 616 #395 which was Baldwin demo 1600. It had drop equalizer trucks. Does or has anybody made them? I am using an older Stewart model with an Athearn drive.

Looks like you could use the trucks from a Stewart C628 for this build.

How about FM Trimounts from an H-24-66 Trainmaster? (with some cosmetic surgery)

Try the Kato RSC2. You'll have to stretch the one side, as they are equally spaced, but they have the general 'springy' look of the Baldwin. You'll have to make the outside drop equalizers from styrene tho...
