This is the ongoing build of a steam crane for loading coal into locomotives, the Gulf & Ship Island Railroad, Crane#X-9.

Robert - That's cool! How big is that thing? It looks to be kind of small with the levers on it. Can't wait to see it completed and painted.

Thanks, Chuck. What you see in the photos is about 2-1/2 inches long. With boom and all, it should dress out at about 45 feet long in HO scale.
