Everything looks great Jeff. I've got a C30-7 I'm building, and your radiator detailing is pretty much what I had in mind. The rear intakes look great too, I may look into that myself.

Thank you Sir for your kind words. After all these years I still feel like an amateur.

Jeff thank you for getting the outside shots. This build is very impressive looking not only for the finished model but also the work you put into it.
You did way awesome work considering what you had to work with being no "Cannon" parts available. You know you are no amateur when you do work like this. If I where you I would just start again and work on improving your skills. You can never stop getting better building models.

Thanks for the re-assurance, and I have one more RPP B23-7 that I am going to re-work into one of the SSW B36-7 test units. Of course I need to finish my SD39's, U25E in bicentennial unit, DRGW GP35 # 3048 after being reworked after it wreck, and a couple GP35Rs, one with turbo and one without. And in the midst of all that try to continue to work on the Cascade Sub in my basement. One side note, I did use a couple cannon parts and those Hi-Tech cabs are wonderful. Here is a link to all the Pictures for this build. Cheers,

Feeling like an armature is absurd... You did an awesome job!!
I m looking at the rear shots and I see you covered up the old factory light board area?
I'm doing a gp35R SP and its a kato shell so the rear light board needs covered... Got any idea's on how to fill that in?

I did find more pictures of the build in two issues of Model Railroad Hobbyist, the online magazine. There are a lot of pictures and details about the build there.
