I use Microscale Krystal Klear. Use a toothpick and run a bead of adhesive around the perimeter of the opening. I use a small ball of stick-tac that I roll out into a point to pick up the lens and put it in place.
Mark.

Ditto what Mark said, Microscale Krystal Klear. It's sort of like white glue, so that may work as well.

I use to use a brand I think called "quick tak" it was clear when it dried and allowed the lens to set in and hold almost instantly, only took about an hour to dry. One of my last customer projects (years ago) I used fiber optic glued with this to the scrapped back side of the MV lens and then used it to hold in place by pulling the fiber. It was probably the best looking headlight I had ever done but the use of fiber optic and MV lens wasn't fun. Toss in during that time after that the MV lens got harder to get, so I dropped it. but I'll say it was the best combo I've ever seen!
I did a quick search for "quick tak" and can't find it anymore.
