Ultra close-up shots of the results as of this morning, including the troublesome areas around the door drip rails. I think I've maxed out my old bottle of Micro Sol on it. I went ahead and added the flag and SFRTA logo in the meantime. -Kurt

Not bad, sir!
One suggestion: Paint the car sides white, then print on CLEAR decal film. I have found (at least using Microscale decal paper) that the white tends to be a bit trickier when it comes to snuggling down completely over details.
However, the clear can also be a pain as it is sometimes TOO thin, but this can be overcome with additional applications of clear coat.
Experimenting is the best way to determine what amount of clear coat works best, YMMV.

I don't remember why, but it may have had something to do with the added effort of masking the sides white so that the tan roof would remain. At any rate, I solved the worst issues simply by scribing a slit under and over the drip rails, and adding another application of Micro Sol. Seems to do the job. -Kurt
