Wheeling & Lake Erie has repainted the #1206 that was used in the movie Unstoppable with Christopher Pine and Denzel Washington. In keeping current, I have repainted mine in Trainz Simulator to emulate the 1:1 version. The unit still has the extra cab windows.

I thought the blue & yellow scheme they used in Unstoppable was very convincing, I considered using it for a freelanced railroad, plus the red & black on the GE's was also pretty good for a more modern scheme. I wouldn't be surprised to see them re-surface somewhere.

(Oceanic is a sort of "stand in" Hollywood uses for major airlines - see Lost, Executive Decision, etc.)

Did W&LE actually subletter the cab with "Unstoppable 1206" or was that a personal touch?

It was rumored to be added, but was omitted. I decided to add it to mine.

CP kept the plow striped, it would have been neat for them to add the sublettering like you did

Randy,
Sometimes when I see things like this it tempts me to sell off the boxes of equipment I have and just got a nice desk top set up and start running trainz. That unit looks great and I doubt you had to deal with keep dust etc off your paint while it dried....

I don't remember seeing a caboose like that at Trainz. The closest would be an Ironville bay window like the NKP had.
