almost looks like a U50 well start with a U25 like the prototype.is that a 3 piece windshield? the shadows kind of block the view the cab sort of looks like an MLW cab. I like the looks over all of this unique unit thanks for sharing

Yeah, I'd probably start with a U25B and MLW cab, then fab a lot of it with those parts and styrene......

That is a TE53-4E, this is M-K's designation for these units.
Morrison Knudson used ex-UP U25B trucks & underframes and the engine, generators, radiators, fans, blowers, and electrical equipment from ex-B&O F7's.
I agree with Rick, most of the unit will need to be built up from sheet styrene
