I got my 2nd of two Ex PC locos done. It was an Atlas trainman and got some heavy detailing 8) I only found one prototype picture of the 2027 on the way to the scrapper ... and this was something I didn't want to represent - lol So I took some artists freedom and tried to get it looking like a few months before the scrapper.

Scott, I don't know why I get those problems with pics hosted on fotki and then showing them here, it's strange! But thanks Randy for getting a solution, may be I try it the same way next time.
John, good to know they didn't go direct to the scrapper and some of them made it beyond CR.

Stephan, I'm not 100% sure, the one which came with the model was wrong, so I took the prototype picture and scratch built this one. I tried to get a s close as possible. But I guess this was a small fuel tank ordered by the NYC for this lot of locos. Other RS32's also ordered for the NYC did have a larger thank. See here the prototype of 2027: www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=947048And on the 2024 you see better the tank: www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=1315969Also (as you will recognize with 2024), some of the units did receive a snow plow! Especially for an Alco something interesting.

Where did you get the wheel slip indicators, I am doing the RS-32 for the NYC and they had them prior to going to the PC?
