I use one of the non metallic brushes that came with my Dremel Kit on low speed, works great! Protect your peepers though.

Judging by the radiator screens at one angle and the dynamic screens ahead of them at another angle, I'd have to say this is a GEVO of one sort or another.

Like PEIR said it is a Tower 55 GEVO ES44AC in what used to be UP paint.

It is most definitely a Tower 55 BNSF ES44AC, the BNSF was the only one to have a low mounted light housing, now, BNSF ES44DC's have the high mounted lights, UP, Iowa Interstate, CSX, NS also have high mounted lights.
