When I first started, it took me almost an entire day.
Now I can do one loco in less than three hours if not too much kitbashing is involved (drilling, miling, ...).
Worst thing is having wires twisting around a shaft when test running... Does not happen anymore; now I tie them together (wiring must be planned accordingly) with shrink wrap tubing, then tape to the top of the cab or such.

Well given the fact the leds are already wired to a resistor and pre dipped in glue so to protect the solder, and assuming the decoder is already installed. Also assuming all lights don't require supplemental drilling or other machining for wiring through the frame, which is likely for brass locos. But thanks for the kind words. I still have a few locos that I need to do between two projects... S.
