Anyone with plans for a U25C?

I am looking to kitbash a U25C in O gauge. I am stripping an E33 for it's trucks and motor and using a Weaver models U25B as a start.

Can anyone direct me to Plans in a mag rag for the U25C? Thanks in advance.

There is a set of drawings for a phase 1 U25C in the Feb. 1997 issue of Mainline Modeler.
There were only 11 phase 1's built, going to Oro Dam then to ACL.
