It's been awhile since I have shared any progress of my current projects with the forum. So here they are PVRR 2558 and PVRR 2597. I got the shells from another member of this forum. After I painted and detailed my own PVRR 2647 I just couldn't resist the temptation to recab the existing locomotives instead of tearing them down, stripping and then detailing and repainting them in the same scheme. I also would have had to destroy the speaker that is mounted in the hood, in order to get it out for paint removal.
I still have to add and change some more details such as: horns, the mu plugs on the 2597 stands, the other set of hoses to the pilots of each unit. I also need to try to detail the battery boxes and fuel tank more on the 2558. I am also in the process of removing the drop chain on the front and rear handrail sections and using Mr. Banna's method of drilling out the stanchions and inserting .010 brass wire. Still I wanted to share my progress with all of you. Hopefully I got the UBB code right so that you can see the images. Sorry for the poor photography skills, I had to "borrow" my wife's camera while she was at the store!!
Regards, PVRR2647

I went to Western New England. My buddies and I used to camp along the B&A in Bancroft.

I used to fan the B&A out there all the time. My old stomping grounds were between Huntington and Stateline. I don't get out there much anymore with 3 little children now. We stick mostly to paved roads along the B&A, to be on the safe side. My son can't get enough of trains, he's a second generation foamer all the way!
