Fellas, I recently moved and in the process I misplaced my walthers bright boy track cleaner. Is there somthing I could get at lowes or a hardware store that would have similar characteristics? Thank you for your time and have a great day.

This will probably cause a debate (always does) - but you should never use ANYthing abrasive on the rails. Even microscopic scratches will attract and hold dirt and gunk which will ultimately be continually spread around the rest of the layout.
If your track is just in need of a light cleaning, small rectangles of masonite or cork work well. You can even dampen them with some alcohol (not Jack Daniels !).
For a more heavier cleaning, get some paste metal polish (Flitz is a common one) and do your rails with that. It not only cleans and polishes the rails, but also leaves a protectant on them as well which cuts down on oxidation time.
If you want to go the "Cadillac Route", burnish your railheads with a piece of stainless steel (a SS fender washer works well). I did mine about ten years ago. It was quite a bit of work, but I haven't had to clean my track since !
