I have an Atlas HO Dash 8-40B lettered for Cotton Belt. Excellent model. However, I'd like to add two details to the cab roof a la prototype: an air conditioner and a stand or plane for the sinclair antenna. The antenna plane sits directly behind the A/C unit.
I understand that Details West makes two cab-top air conditioners, part nos. 222 and 223. Can you tell me which is the right one for this locomotive? Regarding the antenna plane, I may have to make one from styrene, but am wondering if DW, DA or another detail maker has one--any info here is greatly appreciated!

OK the a/c your looking for is either Detail Associates 2308 or Details West 159. The numbers you posted are actually for the antenna ground plate not there a/c's.
I would make the antenna stand from styrene. Noone I know makes that type of stand.
