I'm getting close to the end of my GP-30 project, but I have yet to figure out how to tackle some of the most distinctive parts on the prototype- the ditch lights. It appears my prototype (and it's GP35 companion that I will be building soon) have totally unique ditch lights. I'd like to model them and have them work if I can. Any ideas?

Look identical to CN "lamp shade" ditchlights of by Miniatures By Eric .... I've lit these using 0402 surface mount LEDs. Drill a TINY hole in the bottom rear of the lens to feed the wires through. Using 38 gauge enamelled wire, the wire can be wrapped around the mounting post, and when painted, becomes almost invisible. Mark.
