Does anyone know if the owner of highball graphics is sick, away or anything? Its not a big deal, but i've sent a few emails to him about some custom stuff for my freelanced railroad just to see what it would cost down teh road. I haven't had an email back and he's usually pretty good at answering emails.

Steve sometimes the email will go to his spam box so I would try calling during regular business hrs and if he don't answer leave a message. Jim is not ignoring you.

i'll try tomorrow. I know he's good at answering emails, we had gone back and forth back in april about the custom nysw decals.

was able to get ahold of jim and explain to him i've sent some emails. he's having an issue with alot going into his spam accounts for some reason. either way, i explained what i want and he gave me a quote. i'll be placing the order soon along with some Kansas Pacific and FGC boxcar decals.

this is getting old. 4 different email accounts i've emailed this company with. I have attachments for a custom decal that i sent so he would see what i wanted done. Im going to call, but jesus get the email issue fixed.
