One minor addition, I recently came upon a shot of the 1800 (or rather, it in its VIA identity) that had a decent view of the roof, showing the positioning of all the details. So, I added a few more: Shown are the small round "stub" where the other single chime horn was originally mounted. A DA Sinclair antenna was installed according to photos (positioning seemed to vary a bit), and a round air vent I had spare from a P2K SW was also mounted on the roof. CP added them to some of their cab units in the 70's, and since 1800 had it in the VIA era it probably got it under CP:
