Hey those are pretty nice GP30's. i dont see to many of these modeled. They look right in place with that scheme. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks..........when I bought them from Trainland in late 2008 I was going to paint them in yellow and green for the Reading Co.
I was a little timid about doing a two color paint job with yellow......so I thought of using Reading green........then I got the idea to use black for the roof by running it from the spot where the cab goes up into the "Beetlebrow" part of the cab.
The decals are Microscale "Dulux".....they looked like a dull gold on the decal sheet....but when wet and on the model it looks like a yellow........even though yellow itself would have been to bright and kind of gaudy looking.

Wish I could do batches of loco's like this. I just seem to have a benchfull of one of gene and one of those...

Thanks for the compliments......I have 3 SD45`s that are close to getting painted......hopefully they will look like these three GP30`s.
