just looking at the shell, did you just remove the door handles, at this stage, I assume youre not putting anything back, how is the delivery on your decals coming?

Nope, the Athearn model comes with the early latches, like the NW2s. I'm too lazt to change em.
Decals should be in my hands by the 31st.

They are available from Custom Finishing. These are the early numberboard style for CN 1200-1288. The style changed to a more squared off appearance.(1289-1397) This version detail part is available from Minaatures by Eric or a cheaper version from Juneco. Here's another one I started for a buddy, using the Proto drive...
